Simon has been working in the BC tech community for 25 years. He joined Hootsuite as the original CTO in 2010 and led the product and engineering teams through hypergrowth phase. He has continued to work with early stage tech companies, as SVP of Engineering at Procurify and as an advisor to many others looking to grow their engineering capabilities. Today, Simon is building his own startup that aims to help companies and individuals achieve better outcomes through improvements in decision quality.
